The pelvic floor is a set of muscles arranged in three layers from the deepest to the most superficial, which have the task of supporting the organs inside our abdomen, the weight of the fetus during pregnancy, physical effort during physical activity , etc ..Imagine having a funnel instead of your pelvis … If your pelvic floor muscles weren’t toned enough, alas … it would make water all over the place 🙁
Think about the role that the pelvic floor plays during childbirth, but also in everyday life and in couple relationships … If it wasn’t elastic enough or strong enough, there would be annoying consequences …

Try one effort with the pelvic floor active and one with the pelvic floor relaxed … You will feel a noticeable difference !!!
