Pilates lessons can be done by everyone, regardless of age or gender.
Matwork lessons are held (work on the mat) in a free body and with small tools: roller, ring, soft ball, gym ball, elastics, rod, etc … and with the Pilates Arc.

for women in PREGNANCY from the fourth month onwards: being able to manage pregnancy to the fullest, succeeding, over the months to establish a unique relationship with one’s fetus and, preparing the future mother to manage the moment of delivery, with specific relaxation techniques and muscle strengthening of the pelvic system, respiratory techniques etc …
for NEO MAMME AND NEWBORN: after having spent the time necessary for the physical recovery of the new mother (in general, three months if a caesarean section, a month if natural birth), it will be possible to gradually resume the Pilates program with the presence of the newborn who will actively participate to the lessons in symbiosis with the new mother.
for ELDERLY: the Pilates method slows down the aging process. Approaching the third age, the body becomes less agile and flexible. Physical inactivity involves decreasing bone density and the volume of lean mass. The exercises of J. Pilates strengthen and lengthen the muscles at the same time, helping you to develop the right level of mobility, lean mass and bone density;
for DANCERS: dancers often have stiffness or muscle soreness at the lumbar level, they need to reinforce the “center”, to improve balance, Pilates can be of great help to them;
